| The Hotel de
Castiglione, designed by Charles Sicli, a renowmed architect who built
many famous Parisian theatres, is characterized by its frontages entirely
covered with rosy polished stones. Open in 1932, it was decorated by the best artists of the time and became one of the most beautiful hotels of the City. Close to many embassies, it was first intended to foreign customers very fond of this lightly prestigious district. |
The hotel have renovation works taking place on some of the rooms, which are due for completion at the end of December 2006.
